The Miracle Project receives numerous casting calls each week for TV, Film and Voice Over roles. Many Miracle Project students have already secured roles in films and TV shows including the Netflix hit series Atypical, ABC’s The Good Doctor, NBC’s drama Parenthood, Speechless, the film Please Stand By (starring Dakota Fanning), presented at the White House and at the United Nations and now guest starring roles in the upcoming Amazon series, As I See It.

Curriculum Developed with:
Elaine Hall (Coach E): Founder and Artistic Director of The Miracle Project, Elaine, also known as “Coach E,” is an award winning TV and Film acting coach and star of the two-time Emmy winning HBO film Autism: The Musical. For over 20 years, Elaine has worked alongside writers, directors, producers, and actors to create cultures of respect and authenticity in projects on TV, Film and Theatre. She has produced and co-written over 30 original musicals starring individuals of all abilities. In pre-production or on sets and stage, Elaine is instrumental in deepening conversations with and around the neurodiverse community. Elaine has worked with Sony, Netflix, Amazon, Disney Studios, CBS, Nickelodeon, and more. Through projects such as Akeelah and the Bee, Please Stand By starring Dakota Fanning, the Netflix series Atypical and on several Disney animated and live-action series, Jason’ Katim’s new Amazon show Forget Normal, Coach E is the go-to expert for expanding the lens on ability.
Ellen Doyle: Ellen is a Los Angeles based actor and voiceover artist originally from Chicago. Ellen can be seen in over a dozen national commercials (some of which are currently airing) and can be heard in voiceover campaigns like JBL and McDonalds. TV/film credits include “Good Girls” and “Booksmart”; Ellen has performed regional theatre throughout the Chicago land area and has trained at Groundlings and Second City in Chicago.
Justin Anthony Long: Justin Anthony Long is an actor, writer, and director. Some of his work includes “The Wolf of Wall Street,” the musical web-series “City of Dreams” (NY Times, USA Today), and “Sorry, Ari” (IndieWire). His screen & stage writing won LiveReadLA, was an official selection of Stephen Schwartz’s ASCAP/DreamWorks MT Workshop, and was recently published in “The 10-Minute Musical.” More at www.JustinAnthonyLong.com.
Shelley Pack: Shelley is a comedic actress, writer and producer with her roots in improv comedy. Shelley has performed with The Groundlings, Second City Alumni, Drew Carey and the cast of “Whose Line is it Anyway?” Shelley started her acting career in commercials starring in National campaigns for DHL, True Value, KFC, La-Z-Boy, AT&T, and Sears and was the National Spokesperson for Boston Market and Lean Cuisine. Shelley’s first webseries “Keep it Green” was bought by Discovery Channel, and Shelley was on Discovery Channel Planet Green as the on camera correspondent for the TV series “G Word .” Her documentary short “Dashiell: A Journey Through Autism ” has been screened at festivals all over the world. Her feature film secured worldwide distribution and is streaming On Demand and on DVD/Blu-Ray.
Jonny Perl: Jonny is an associate producer for Cinemation/Little Stone Productions where he is currently developing new Broadway musicals and animated movies (Upcoming: Blazing Samurai, starring Michael Cera, Samuel L. Jackson, Ricky Gervais, George Takei, and Mel Brooks). As Managing Director of Shinbone Theatre Company, Jonny has produced, and directed new musicals, cabarets, and immersive experiences. Jonny is also a resident pianist at Hollywood piano bar Tramp Stamp Granny’s, and the digital musical theatre space Pixel Playhouse. He is best known for his interactive musical theatre content on TikTok.
